Regional Transportation Specialist

Location: Singapore, Singapore; travel required up to 10% of the time; relocation eligible.

What you will do

• Manage logistics service providers across air, ocean, ground, and parcel transportation networks.
• Monitor service-level performance, on-time delivery, missing, wrong, and damaged shipment metrics.
• Manage carrier statements of work, SLAs, KPIs, performance plans, escalations, and action trackers.
• Coordinate cross-dock operations, specialized cargo projects, quotations, tracking, and service-provider issue resolution.
• Develop contingency plans for port strikes, market disruptions, company closures, and holiday delays.
• Support new program launches and carrier-change projects through SOP/SOW creation and transition management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Experience in logistics or a related field; experience contributes to job-grade placement.
• Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Ability to take accountability for completing projects on time and resolve technical, operational, and organizational problems.
• Ability to work with ambiguity and demonstrate business acumen.
• Compliance with hirify.global’ Standards of Business Conduct is required.
