Sr. Engineer - IT Service Delivery and Relationship Management (Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Configure and support DEV, QA, and staging environments for Siemens MOM, MES, Insights Hub, Ignition, and CI/CD platforms.
• Support mission-critical platforms used across TBMNC plant operations and maintain reliable application delivery.
• Create and maintain certificates, F5 load balancer configurations, firewall and Zscaler integrations, patching, and cost optimization.
• Coordinate with database, firewall, infrastructure, platform, application delivery, and Production Engineering teams.
• Provide technical expertise to improve issue resolution and protect manufacturing production stability.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of IT application delivery experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of Nutanix, Linux, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Windows Server, and performance monitoring tools such as Datadog.
• Knowledge of MES, Siemens Manufacturing Operations Management systems, and the Ignition platform.
• Basic understanding of application coding practices in a .NET environment.
• Ability to work independently, complete assignments, coordinate team members, and communicate effectively across multiple teams.
• Must have United States work authorization without current or future hirify.global immigration sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Experience with Siemens OpCenter or Insights Hub.
• Knowledge of AWS cloud technologies.
• Experience in the hirify.global production environment, including TPS, PDCA, TBP, or JKK.
• Project management experience or PMP certification.
