UI/UX Designer

Location: Brazil; 100% remote

What you will do

• Design polished, intuitive mobile and web applications in Figma.
• Contribute to digital product projects for clients across Germany, Switzerland, the United Kingdom, the United States, and other international markets.
• Participate in product design workshops and translate business objectives and user needs into effective design solutions.
• Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, interface designs, and refinements throughout the product design process.
• Collaborate with developers to clarify design decisions, resolve UI/UX questions, and support accurate implementation.
• Incorporate feedback while maintaining a consistent, high-quality user experience.

Requirements

• 2+ years of professional experience designing high-quality mobile and web applications.
• Strong proficiency in Figma and confidence using it as the primary product design tool.
• A portfolio demonstrating UI/UX capabilities and experience creating polished digital products.
• Strong understanding of usability, user flows, information hierarchy, interaction design, and modern UI/UX practices.
• Ability to translate requirements and user needs into intuitive, visually compelling interfaces.
• Upper-intermediate or higher English proficiency, plus strong communication and collaboration skills for working with clients and developers.

Nice to have

• Understanding of web or mobile UI development and technical constraints.
• Experience leading or facilitating product design workshops with clients or stakeholders.
• Experience taking products from concept to completion, including product design, wireframing, prototyping, and UI design.
