Deposit and Alternative Markets Senior Analyst (Crypto)

Location: Plano, Texas, United States. Travel up to 10% may be required.

What you will do

• Lead market research and trend analysis for cryptocurrency and stablecoin initiatives, educating stakeholders and senior management on relevant developments.
• Manage brokered certificate of deposit programs, including issuance and settlement, to optimize liquidity and funding margins.
• Expand wholesale funding by developing depositor relationships and managing onboarding and compliance across existing platforms.
• Lead process improvement and project management initiatives for treasury systems and operational workflows.
• Partner with Legal, Compliance, Risk, and Treasury Operations to align initiatives with corporate policies and regulatory requirements.
• Advise senior leadership and present market trends and project milestones during Treasury and Asset-Liability Committee meetings.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• At least 3 years of experience in financial services, banking, capital markets, treasury, or a related field.
• Subject matter expertise in alternative markets, settlements, cryptocurrency, stablecoins, and Bitcoin.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders and present complex information to senior management.
• Must already have the right to work in the United States and must not require current or future employment-based visa or work authorization sponsorship.

Nice to have

• MBA or another advanced degree.
• Advanced statistics or data analytics experience.
• Bloomberg experience.
• Client relationship management software experience.
