Senior Treasury ALM & Analytics Analyst (Finance)

Location: Plano, Texas, United States. Relocation assistance may be available. Candidates must have the right to work in the United States and must not require employment-based visa or work authorization sponsorship now or in the future.

What you will do

• Develop complex Asset Liability Management models in Empyrean, Excel, and SQL.
• Build and maintain automated analytical processes and dashboards using Excel, VBA, Tableau, Power BI, Python, Snowflake, .NET, and C#.
• Analyze interest rate risk, liquidity risk, balance sheets, valuation, funding, and financial forecasts using measures such as NII, EAR, EVE, Value at Risk, and Monte Carlo simulations.
• Provide analysis and recommendations for Asset/Liability Committee decisions, treasury strategies, market transactions, and funding programs.
• Collaborate with Treasury Front Office, FP&A, Credit Risk, and Economic Capital teams on hedging, funding, budgeting, forecasting, and risk appetite scenarios.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Economics, Finance, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Basic accounting knowledge and understanding of financial statements.
• Hands-on experience with SQL, VBA, Python, or other programming skills.
• Strong technical, data, analytical, and MS Excel reporting skills.
• Experience presenting insights to colleagues, including executive-level audiences.
• United States work authorization without current or future hirify.global immigration sponsorship is required.

Nice to have

• MBA or advanced degree in Finance, Financial Engineering, Quantitative Finance, or a related field.
• CFA charter-holder status.
• Practical ALM analysis or financial modeling experience.
• Experience with Empyrean, Bancware, QRM, Tableau, Qlik Sense, or Power BI.
