Corporate Insurance & Risk Management Consultant

What you will do

• Oversee procurement and administration of liability and casualty insurance programs for the North American region, including coverage placement, limits, risk assumption, and alternative risk financing.
• Prepare underwriting submissions, presentations, quotes, binders, policies, and materials for senior management.
• Manage liability claims, loss control activities, loss analyses, budgets, and insurance compliance procedures.
• Assess contractual risks and recommend, approve, or reject appropriate contractual terms and conditions.
• Identify exposures, develop risk mitigation and loss prevention solutions, and provide consulting, training, and education to regional stakeholders.
• Analyze key liability accruals and projections, lead cross-functional projects, and maintain relationships with global insurers, brokers, service providers, and hirify.global Motor Corporation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Insurance & Risk Management, Business, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• At least 5 years of experience in multinational risk management or insurance.
• Experience with contractual risk management and administering liability programs such as auto, general, and products liability.
• Thorough knowledge of casualty insurance programs and experience working with global insurance markets.
• Project management experience, including leading projects, managing milestones, meeting targets, and reporting across company levels.
• Must have the right to work in the United States without current or future hirify.global immigration sponsorship. Willingness to travel domestically and internationally 25% of the time is required.

Nice to have

• Experience managing complex product and liability claims.
• Experience with accrual reserve analysis and projections.
• ARM or CPCU certification.
• Experience with risk management information database software such as Riskonnect.
