Senior Treasury Manager

What you will do

• Own daily cash and liquidity management across banks, custodians, and settlement rails, maintaining accurate fiat and stablecoin balances.
• Safeguard customer and member funds through daily reconciliation and compliance with CFTC segregation and DCO financial resource requirements.
• Manage settlement, margin, collateral, and payment flows between the exchange, clearinghouse, members, and banking partners.
• Build cash-flow forecasting models supporting liquidity planning, capital adequacy, and regulatory reporting.
• Manage banking and custodial relationships, including onboarding, KYC, service negotiations, and escalations.
• Partner with Compliance, Legal, Engineering, Finance Operations, regulators, and auditors on controls, filings, tooling, and reporting.

Requirements

• 7–10+ years of progressive treasury experience in an exchange, clearinghouse, broker-dealer, FCM, bank, or regulated fintech or digital-asset platform.
• Hands-on expertise in cash management, liquidity forecasting, settlement, banking operations, and significant daily transaction flows.
• Strong understanding of customer-fund protection, CFTC segregation rules, DCM/DCO financial resource requirements, or comparable frameworks.
• Experience building treasury processes, controls, reporting, approval workflows, segregation of duties, and fraud-prevention procedures.
• Familiarity with stablecoins, digital-asset custody, and on-chain settlement, alongside traditional finance operations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field, with strong attention to detail and regulatory communication skills.

Nice to have

• CTP, CFA, MBA, or CPA certification.
• Experience establishing treasury operations at a newly regulated DCM, DCO, or exchange.
• Experience with treasury management systems, ERP integrations, and reconciliation automation.
• Familiarity with prediction markets, derivatives, or event-contract products.
