Identity & Access Management (IAM) Engineer

Location: Plano, Texas, United States. Applicants must already have the right to work in the United States and must not require current or future immigration sponsorship.

What you will do

• Operate and support SailPoint and Okta/Auth0 CIAM platforms.
• Manage identity lifecycle processes, including governance, automated provisioning and de-provisioning, and role management.
• Collaborate with Governance, Incident Response, and Engineering teams.
• Align IAM solutions with SOX, GDPR, PCI-DSS, and other applicable compliance requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement by staying current with IAM technologies and trends.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of IAM experience.
• Hands-on expertise with SailPoint IdentityIQ/ISC and Okta/Auth0 CIAM; experience with ForgeRock may also be considered.
• Experience optimizing CIAM solutions for secure customer access.
• Knowledge of SAML, OAuth, OIDC, and WebAuthn protocols.
• Strong IAM troubleshooting, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Knowledge of ITIL, Lean, Agile tools, Jira, Confluence, and ServiceNow.

Nice to have

• Experience with Okta Workforce SSO/MFA.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information security, or a related field.
• IAM certifications such as SailPoint BA, ISC2 SSCP, or CISSP Associate.
• Experience integrating IAM solutions with AWS or Azure.
