Business Management V - Customer Focal (Semiconductor)

Location: Santa Clara, California, United States; relocation eligible; travel required up to 10% of the time

Salary: $163,000–$224,000 per year, with potential bonus and stock award participation

What you will do

• Provide technical and operational support aligned with customer needs and business priorities.
• Coordinate customer-related activities with internal stakeholders and manage requests through timely follow-up and issue escalation.
• Translate customer requirements into internal product strategy, plans, and priorities.
• Track build plans and revenue performance, identifying risks, gaps, and mitigation actions.
• Drive high-priority cross-functional initiatives to support customer satisfaction and business objectives.
• Prepare data, content, and materials for internal meetings and reviews, while supporting urgent system management needs.

Requirements

• Mid- to senior-level experience in business management, customer operations, or a related field.
• Foundational understanding of semiconductor fabrication processes and customer manufacturing environments.
• Knowledge of product functionality, system operations, customer value, and product strategy.
• Knowledge of business processes and operational workflows.
• Ability to align stakeholders across functions, solve problems, and manage internal customer requests.
• Semiconductor industry experience is highly preferred.
