What you will do

• Evaluate clients' digital capabilities and conduct feasibility studies for digital transformation initiatives.
• Manage small, agile development teams within strategic IT implementation programs.
• Establish modern engineering practices, including DevOps and CI/CD.
• Design, develop, and optimize customized IT architectures based on legacy systems, enterprise solutions, and current technology trends.
• Design and evolve AI-enabled IT architectures and integrate AI capabilities into client solutions.
• Address technical requirements such as cyber resilience in complex transformation programs.

Requirements

• Degree in computer science, business informatics, or a related discipline.
• At least two years of relevant experience in IT consulting or software development.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools or AI-integrated architectures.
• Broad technical expertise and interest in technology trends, including machine learning, DevOps, agile methods, AI, and robotics.
• Ability to understand and communicate complex technical topics in German and English.
• Comfort working in interdisciplinary and global contexts, with flexibility and willingness to travel.
