What you will do

Evaluate clients' digital capabilities and perform feasibility studies for digital transformation initiatives.
Manage small, agile development teams in strategic IT implementation programs.
Establish modern engineering practices such as DevOps and CI/CD.
Design and optimize customized IT architectures across legacy IT, enterprise solutions, cloud computing, and microservices.
Implement cyber resilience requirements and integrate AI capabilities into client solutions.

Requirements

Degree in computer science, business informatics, or a related discipline.
At least two years of relevant experience in IT consulting or software development.
Hands-on experience with AI tools or AI-integrated architectures.
Technical knowledge of machine learning, cyber resilience, DevOps, agile methods, AI, and robotics.
Broad technical expertise and interest in technology trends.
Professional communication skills in German and English are required.
