Location: Fully remote within the United States

Expected annual compensation: $270K–$500K, depending on completed patient-care hours.

What you will do

• Provide psychiatric care for conditions including depression, anxiety, ADHD, insomnia, PTSD, and bipolar disorder.
• Perform comprehensive psychiatric assessments covering mental-health history, medical history, diagnosis, and risk.
• Create and implement individualized treatment plans combining medication management and brief psychotherapy where appropriate.
• Deliver compassionate, respectful, patient-centered care using evidence-based protocols and responsible prescribing practices.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists through consultations and case reviews.
• Use electronic health records and operational systems to provide reliable telehealth care.

Requirements

• MD or DO with an active, unrestricted license to practice medicine in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and medication-management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfort providing remote care and using electronic health record systems.
• Commitment to compassionate, patient-centered, evidence-based care.
