Salary: At least €75,000 per year all-in for full-time employment, with higher compensation depending on experience and qualifications.

What you will do
- Shape digital and AI-driven transformations for leading global companies.
- Develop strategic IT implementation projects using agile methods and modern delivery approaches.
- Analyse client situations and market developments, including machine learning trends, to design tailored digital solutions.
- Design and optimise enterprise IT architectures, custom software solutions, and sustainable digital platforms.
- Support cyber resilience initiatives and help clients build their own AI capabilities.
- Use AI tools in client projects and collaborate in interdisciplinary, global teams.
Requirements
- Degree in computer science, business informatics, or a related discipline.
- At least two years of relevant IT consulting experience.
- Knowledge of machine learning, cyber resilience, DevOps, agile methods, AI, and robotics.
- Initial hands-on experience with AI tools and motivation to deepen AI expertise.
- Ability to understand and communicate complex technical topics in German and English.
- Willingness to travel and work in interdisciplinary, global contexts.
