Senior AI Tech Consultant (AI)

What you will do

• Lead project teams and steer project modules.
• Design and optimize IT architectures, enterprise solutions, custom software, and sustainable digital solutions.
• Apply AI, machine learning, DevOps, agile, cloud computing, microservices, containerization, and cyber resilience approaches.
• Structure complex problems, develop business cases, and translate analysis into actionable recommendations.
• Create presentations and written deliverables for technical and business audiences.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, global stakeholders, and client organizations.

Requirements

• Experience leading project teams of more than three people and steering project modules.
• Strong understanding of IT architectures, software development, enterprise systems, and IT organizations and processes.
• Experience designing and optimizing IT architectures and solutions.
• Strong communication, leadership, proactivity, and self-sufficiency.
• Fluent Polish and English, spoken and written.
• Willingness to travel.
