What you will do

• Design AI-driven target architectures and AI-based software factories, including agentic software factories and autonomous software development environments.
• Develop AI-powered delivery pipelines that convert engineering processes, standards, and architectural guidelines into machine-executable workflows.
• Establish trusted AI engineering environments with governance, identity boundaries, multilayer validation, and end-to-end traceability.
• Implement automated testing and evaluation pipelines, architecture compliance checks, and red-teaming approaches for AI-generated systems.
• Translate enterprise knowledge into machine-readable architecture decisions, domain models, APIs, and business rules.
• Turn business intent into scalable architectures and measurable business impact within existing system landscapes and operating models.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, AI Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong experience analyzing, designing, and optimizing IT architectures across legacy systems, enterprise solutions, and modern AI-native approaches.
• Hands-on experience with LLM-based applications, AI agents, or machine learning platforms.
• Familiarity with DevSecOps, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and platform engineering.
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into technical architectures and communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Fluent German and English required; willingness to travel as needed.
