What you will do
- Evaluate clients’ digital capabilities and perform feasibility studies for technology transformations.
- Lead small, agile development teams in strategic IT implementation programs.
- Establish modern engineering practices, including DevOps and CI/CD.
- Analyze, develop, and optimize customized IT architectures across legacy systems, enterprise solutions, cloud platforms, and microservices.
- Design AI-enabled architectures and integrate AI capabilities into client solutions.
- Address complex technical requirements such as cyber resilience while collaborating with clients and interdisciplinary teams.
Requirements
- Degree in computer science, business informatics, or a related discipline with higher-than-average grades.
- At least four years of relevant experience in IT consulting, IT project management, or professional software development.
- Experience leading project teams of more than three people.
- Knowledge of machine learning, cyber resilience, DevOps, agile methods, AI, and robotics.
- Initial hands-on experience with AI tools or AI-integrated architectures.
- Professional communication skills in both German and English are required.
