Senior AI Agent Solutions Architect (AI)

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end MarTech solution architecture mapping and optimization initiatives.
• Design an AI-ready MarTech stack supporting intelligent automation and agent-based workflows.
• Design and build AI agents for campaign workflow use cases in partnership with marketing, content, web, and integrated campaigns teams.
• Lead integrations and migrations involving CMS platforms, webinar tools, and other marketing infrastructure.
• Assess solutions, create technology roadmaps, and align platform capabilities with business objectives.
• Establish architecture standards, best practices, and governance for AI agent development and MarTech integrations.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in marketing technology architecture, platform engineering, or solutions architecture.
• 5+ years of experience designing and implementing AI/ML solutions or intelligent automation systems.
• Deep expertise in MarTech ecosystems, including CRM, marketing automation, CDP, CMS, and analytics.
• Experience with agent-based architectures, LLM integration, and AI orchestration frameworks.
• Strong technical skills in system design, API integration, data architecture, and cloud infrastructure.
• Experience with Adobe Workfront or equivalent project management tools, plus large-scale platform optimization or migration projects.

Nice to have

• Expertise with specific MarTech platforms such as Marketo.
• Background in campaign workflow optimization or marketing operations.
• Knowledge of data governance, compliance, and marketing data privacy.
• AWS, Azure, or GCP cloud architecture certification.
