What you will do
- Design scalable architectures, platforms, and technology solutions for digital and AI-driven transformations.
- Lead technology project teams and address complex IT challenges for global clients.
- Evaluate client digital capabilities and conduct technical feasibility studies.
- Translate findings into actionable architectural recommendations for technical and business stakeholders.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams in international consulting environments.
Requirements
- At least four years of relevant experience in IT consulting, IT project management, or professional software development.
- Degree in computer science, business informatics, or a related discipline with above-average grades.
- Hands-on knowledge of modern IT architectures, legacy systems, enterprise solutions, cloud, microservices, and AI.
- Practical understanding of DevOps, CI/CD, agile methods, cyber resilience, and software development practices.
- Fluent Polish and English, spoken and written, required.
- Willingness to travel and work in international, interdisciplinary teams.
