Senior AI Tech Architect (AI)

What you will do

• Lead technology project teams and contribute to digital and AI-driven transformation initiatives.
• Evaluate clients’ digital capabilities and conduct feasibility studies.
• Translate findings into actionable architectural recommendations.
• Work with modern IT architectures, legacy systems, enterprise solutions, cloud platforms, and microservices.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and communicate complex technical topics to technical and business audiences.
• Apply DevOps, CI/CD, agile methods, cyber resilience, and software development practices.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of relevant experience in IT consulting, IT project management, or professional software development.
• Degree in computer science, business informatics, or a related discipline with above-average grades.
• Experience leading technology project teams.
• Hands-on knowledge of modern IT architectures, legacy systems, enterprise solutions, cloud, microservices, and AI.
• Fluent Polish and English, both spoken and written.
• Flexibility and willingness to travel.
