What you will do

• Develop and execute a competitive intelligence strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Monitor competitor activity, product offerings, pricing strategies, market trends, regulatory changes, and industry shifts.
• Conduct qualitative market research and analyze competitor and industry performance against hirify.global.
• Develop competitor profiles, competitive landscape reports, dashboards, and success-metric benchmarks.
• Identify competitive gaps and opportunities to support product development, pricing, marketing, and profitable growth.
• Present actionable findings and strategic recommendations to senior leadership and collaborate with business units, marketing, and product development.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities, with the ability to think strategically and tactically.
• Required knowledge and experience in the property and casualty insurance industry.
• Proficiency with competitive intelligence tools and software.
