Senior Software Engineer (AWS/Kubernetes)

Salary: $141,850.78–$212,776.16 per year

What you will do

• Design, build, and optimize infrastructure for a high-concurrency, highly available, low-latency ad delivery system.
• Architect and implement scalable cloud solutions using AWS, Kubernetes, and containerization technologies.
• Develop, deploy, operate, and continuously improve distributed and mission-critical software systems.
• Optimize application performance, scalability, availability, security, and cloud infrastructure costs.
• Collaborate with product, operations, and engineering stakeholders to define requirements, integrations, designs, and technical documentation.
• Provide technical leadership, troubleshoot infrastructure and application issues, and mentor junior software engineers.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of relevant experience is stated in one section; another section lists 7–10 years.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of coursework and professional experience.
• Proficiency in C++, Go, and network programming, with strong data structures and algorithms fundamentals.
• In-depth knowledge of cloud platforms, containerization, distributed architecture, Linux/Unix, and middleware such as caching systems, message queues, and Nginx.
• Experience designing and developing large-scale, distributed, or mission-critical systems.
• Ability to collaborate with global teams and occasionally work outside normal hours for meetings or co-working.
