Auto Damage Adjuster

Location: Fairfax, VA; responsible for the Fairfax/Leesburg, VA field territory. This is not a remote role and requires field and in-office work.

Salary: $73,800–$94,300 annually, with a starting rate of $36.63–$46.80 per hour.

What you will do

• Inspect and assess vehicle damage after accidents.
• Estimate vehicle repair costs and negotiate equitable settlements.
• Guide customers through complex claims and resolve their concerns.
• Coordinate with body shops, rental companies, and parts providers.
• Use a hirify.global fleet vehicle while serving the assigned field territory.

Requirements

• At least 12 months of auto damage experience.
• Valid driver's license meeting company underwriting guidelines.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to maintain applicable state and federal certifications and permits.
• Strong customer service, communication, problem-solving, empathy, attention to detail, and decision-making skills.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Nice to have

• Experience in high-volume call centers with KPIs and measurable goals.
• College degree.
