Location: Albuquerque, NM; onsite field role covering the Albuquerque territory. The role requires travel to body shops, salvage and tow yards, and customer homes, plus 3 weeks of required hands-on training in Ashburn, VA and 2 weeks at a field training center in NY, TX, or CA.
Salary: $25.95 per hour / $52,275 annually; stated annual salary range of $25.95–$40.19.

What you will do
- Inspect and assess vehicle damage caused by accidents.
- Write repair estimates and estimate vehicle repair costs.
- Adjust claims and negotiate equitable settlements.
- Travel throughout the assigned territory to body shops, salvage and tow yards, and customer homes.
- Coordinate with adjusters, supervisors, body shops, rental partners, and parts providers.
- Manage appointments and customer follow-up independently and with the team.
Requirements
- Critical thinking and decision-making skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong computer proficiency, including familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to prioritize work and multitask across multiple business applications.
- Experience with KPIs and measurable goals.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree.
- Active insurance adjuster's license.
