Enterprise Security Engineer

Location: Remote; United States pay range applies. No relocation assistance is provided.

Salary: $113,500–$121,300 USD annually, plus equity and benefits.

What you will do

• Deploy and maintain security systems and services supporting enterprise security strategy.
• Secure corporate infrastructure, endpoints, identity systems, AI and SaaS applications, and cloud environments.
• Partner with IT, Infrastructure, and Engineering teams to identify security gaps and implement controls.
• Build security monitoring, detection, metrics, and dashboards to improve enterprise risk visibility.
• Automate security operations, policy enforcement, and workflows using APIs, scripting, and infrastructure as code.
• Improve telemetry, logging, and response capabilities for incident response, vulnerability management, and investigations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 3+ years of experience in enterprise, cloud, or security engineering.
• Strong knowledge of IAM, endpoint security, Zero Trust, remote access, network security, and secure enterprise architecture.
• Hands-on experience with identity providers such as Okta, Microsoft Entra ID, or Google Workspace, as well as security controls including firewalls, WAFs, VPNs, EDR, DLP, email security, and vulnerability management.
• Experience with SIEM and security analytics platforms, including Splunk, Elastic, Microsoft Sentinel, or Chronicle.
• Experience securing AWS, GCP, and/or Azure environments and developing automation with Python, PowerShell, or Go.
