What you will do

• Pioneer AI integration in engineering tooling and product features, building transparent and secure systems.
• Architect and scale performance testing platform, define SLAs, capacity planning, and monitoring.
• Design and implement user-facing features and shared services end-to-end with cross-functional teams.
• Build and optimize testing frameworks, libraries, and self-service tools for cloud and Kubernetes.
• Evaluate third-party tools, mentor engineers, and promote best practices for team velocity.

Requirements

• 8+ years software development, 3+ years on tooling/shared services/performance platforms
• Expert in Microsoft .NET (C#, ASP.NET MVC, Web APIs), SQL; OOP, Python, frontend (HTML5, JS, React)
• Deep performance engineering: scalable test services, load testing, SLAs, observability
• AI experience: building/testing/integrating AI tools with trustworthy guardrails
• Cloud/DevOps: Azure/AWS, Kubernetes/Docker, CI/CD (TeamCity/Jenkins)
• Quality mindset: Test Pyramid, Agile Test Quadrants; B.S./M.S./Ph.D. in CS/Engineering
