Engineering Manager (Fullstack/.NET/Fintech): Lead the engineering effort to integrate Ripple's digital asset capabilities into the Ripple Treasury platform, managing a team of full-stack developers and building enterprise-grade full-stack solutions. Focus on pioneering new approaches in fintech software, navigating ambiguity, and collaborating closely with product, compliance, and digital asset teams.

What you will do
- Manage engineering for digital asset integration combining 's digital asset functions with the Treasury platform.
- Lead and mentor a team of up to four full-stack .NET developers while actively coding.
- Drive a fast-paced Kanban workflow with iterative development and feedback.
- Collaborate closely with 's core digital assets team and cross-functional partners.
- Design full-stack solutions with .NET backend and Angular or React frontends ensuring reliability, security, and auditability.
- Define engineering practices including coding standards, testing, and deployment patterns.
Requirements
- 7+ years software engineering experience with full-stack .NET and modern frontend frameworks (Angular, React)
- 2+ years leading engineering teams including recruitment and mentoring
- Experience shipping software in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
- Production experience in fintech, digital assets, or blockchain managing financial transactions or digital asset activities.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
- Hands-on leadership with willingness to write production code.
Nice to have
- Deep knowledge of blockchain protocols, digital asset custody, tokenization, or cross-border settlement.
- Experience with XRP Ledger, RLUSD, or 's ecosystem.
- Background in corporate treasury or enterprise financial software.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements for digital asset products.
