Director - Program Sales (AI)

What you will do

• Lead executive discovery workshops and convert AI ambitions into prioritized, fundable enterprise use cases.
• Shape and close large professional services programs through funded engagements and signed statements of work.
• Architect credible frontier-AI-powered solutions and engage security, compliance, legal, procurement, technology, and business stakeholders.
• Assess delivery effort, risks, timelines, dependencies, and resourcing before deals are signed.
• Ensure proofs of concept have a path to production and develop repeatable industry offerings.
• Drive sustained model and API consumption after go-live and expand accounts through follow-on transformation work.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Technology, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in technical presales, strategic consulting, or enterprise professional services sales.
• Experience spanning AI, cloud, or cybersecurity, with the ability to hold CISO-level conversations.
• Demonstrated success shaping and closing large professional services programs.
• Background in hyperscaler field CTO or principal solution architecture, Big Four or strategy consulting, cybersecurity, or large-scale digital transformation delivery.
• Evidence of converting proofs of concept into funded, production-grade programs with sustained consumption.
