Distinguished Member of Technical Staff (Semiconductor Process Integration)

Location: Albany, NY, United States. Relocation eligible; travel required for 10% of the time.

Salary: $180,000–$247,500 per year.

What you will do

• Serve as the technical authority and integration lead for FEOL/MEOL technology development in Advanced CMOS Logic.
• Define long-term integration strategies and roadmaps aligned with future logic nodes and customer technology requirements.
• Lead breakthrough process technology development and deployment to address critical customer problems.
• Drive cross-business-unit co-optimization and Integrated Materials Solutions strategies.
• Resolve complex integration, yield, performance, reliability, and manufacturability challenges.
• Partner with customers, technology partners, and senior technical leaders while representing the organization in technical forums and industry consortia.

Requirements

• PhD in Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Physics, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Typically 15+ years of semiconductor technology development, process integration, or advanced process engineering experience.
• Recognized expertise in FEOL/MEOL integration, advanced CMOS technology, and semiconductor process integration.
• Demonstrated record of significant technical contributions, patents, publications, industry recognition, and technology leadership.
• Ability to lead complex technical programs, influence senior stakeholders, and mentor senior technical staff.
