Director of Talent & Culture

Location: Mountain Village, Colorado, USA

Salary: USD 145,000–160,000 per year

What you will do

• Partner with the General Manager and Executive Committee on hotel goals, staffing, process improvement, performance coaching, and team member experience.
• Lead talent attraction, staffing strategies, onboarding, compensation planning, succession planning, and local talent-pipeline development.
• Build team engagement through recognition programs, incentives, events, communication, and feedback initiatives.
• Organize and lead learning and development programs focused on service skills and product delivery.
• Manage budgets for team events and programming while ensuring required resources are available.
• Address employee relations matters, investigations, conflict resolution, and labor-law compliance.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of progressive HR experience.
• Demonstrated HR leadership experience and a history of building and supporting high-performing teams.
• Experience in a luxury hotel environment is preferred.
• Strong HRIS, ATS, and payroll systems experience is preferred.
• Bilingual English and Spanish ability is preferred.
