What you will do

• Own all business aspects of the global osmometer product portfolio as its strategic product leader.
• Gather customer insights from point-of-care and hospital core laboratory settings and translate them into product requirements with R&D.
• Develop five-year strategies, ROI-driven roadmaps, business cases, feature priorities, and pricing approaches.
• Lead product positioning, value propositions, customer profiling, launches, and market adoption.
• Conduct market sizing, share analysis, customer research, and competitive assessments to identify growth opportunities.
• Manage the full product lifecycle, including product improvements, win/loss analysis, new product introductions, and planned obsolescence.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience with systems and medical devices used in hospital core laboratories.
• Proven experience managing the full product lifecycle.
• Direct experience with hospital core laboratories and their specific requirements.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Science, or a related field.
• Ability to work onsite in Norwood, Massachusetts, 4 days per week.
• Ability to work at a computer for extended periods and lift and carry up to 25–50 pounds when required.
