What you will do

• Draft, review, and negotiate customer-facing commercial agreements for hirify.global Business sales.
• Provide legal counsel on a broad range of issues for assigned hirify.global Business groups, including recently acquired companies.
• Advise on new and developing products and services.
• Lead and guide contract management staff, paralegals, contract specialists, and administrative staff as required.
• Assess legal and business risks and exercise independent judgment on significant matters.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor degree from a top-tier law school with strong academic credentials.
• Active license and good standing in at least one US state bar are required.
• 1–3 years of experience drafting and negotiating commercial transactions is preferred.
• Strong negotiating, drafting, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, work with management and operations personnel, meet deadlines, and maintain high-quality work.
• Law firm or in-house legal experience is preferred.
