Property Technology Solutions Manager (Hospitality)

Location: Hybrid, based near one of hirify.global's US offices in Memphis, TN; Dallas, TX; or McLean, VA. Travel up to 10%.

Salary: $85,000–$110,000 annually, plus eligibility for the hirify.global Annual Incentive Bonus Plan.

What you will do

• Coordinate third-party hotel system requests through Consultation, Fast Track, and Full Onboarding pathways while documenting compliance with hirify.global standards.
• Coordinate vendor inputs for network architecture, cybersecurity, privacy, accessibility, contracting, implementation, and integration reviews.
• Maintain onboarding plans, decision records, risks, dependencies, approved-solution information, lifecycle records, and status reports.
• Track operational-readiness and application lifecycle activities, including remediation, product updates, periodic reviews, vendor business reviews, retirement, and offboarding.
• Lead assigned Consultation reviews and coordinate Fast Track reviews, escalating requests to Full Onboarding when scale, integration, or risk increases.
• Collaborate with technology, security, privacy, accessibility, engineering, operations, business, Field IT, and vendor stakeholders.

Requirements

• Five years of professional experience in Technology or a related field.
• Four years of experience with hospitality operations systems.
• Three years of experience coordinating technology onboarding, project management, process management, or risk and governance workflows.
• Three years of vendor management, product support, or application lifecycle management experience.
• Experience applying network architecture, cybersecurity, privacy, accessibility, and system integration concepts to technology reviews.
• Ability to work in a hybrid arrangement near one of the three US office locations: McLean, Dallas, or Memphis.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree; or an Associate's degree plus six years of Technology-related experience; or a High School diploma/GED plus twelve years of Technology-related experience.
• Seven or more years of professional experience in Technology or a related field.
• Experience with hospitality operations systems, vendor management, product governance, application lifecycle management, or IT project and process management for complex technology solutions.
• Experience collaborating with global and regional stakeholders on hotel deployment or operational-readiness activities.
• CHTP, PMP, ITIL, or equivalent professional accreditation.
