What you will do

• Deliver cross-functional programs for the Metal ALD product group to achieve division and financial goals.
• Coordinate product portfolio prioritization and budget alignment across divisions.
• Drive planning and operational execution, including balance sheet, cash, inventory, and operating expense management.
• Create and continuously improve business processes.
• Lead COGS reduction plans to support gross margin targets.
• Coordinate enterprise interfaces, supply chain initiatives, and cross-divisional improvement programs.

Requirements

• Deep expertise in the relevant discipline and broad knowledge of related functions.
• Experience anticipating business and regulatory issues and recommending product, process, or service improvements.
• Ability to lead projects with significant risk and complexity and develop execution strategies.
• Strong problem-solving skills for unique, complex problems with broad business impact.
• Ability to communicate complex ideas and influence senior stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel 20% of the time; relocation is not available.
