Staff Strategic Planning Specialist (Semiconductor)

Location: San Jose, California, United States; onsite position with no remote work available

Salary: $145,000–$185,000 per year, plus bonus opportunities and commission pay

What you will do

• Analyze market trends, competitive landscapes, and internal performance metrics for the Power Product Group.
• Support long-range planning, commercial strategy, M&A analysis, and technology evaluation.
• Plan, execute, and monitor strategic projects and multiple workstreams.
• Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to senior leaders.
• Facilitate cross-functional alignment and communicate strategic priorities.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation for executive and stakeholder communication.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in the semiconductor industry, with a focus on corporate strategy or a related function.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field.
• Strong critical thinking, business judgment, analytical, quantitative, and communication skills.
• Experience managing multiple workstreams independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Excel and/or data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Semiconductor knowledge and experience.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with SQL and financial modeling.
• Management consulting background.
