Process Engineer (PVD) IV

Location: Santa Clara, CA, United States. Travel: 10% of the time. Relocation eligible: No.

Salary: $147,000–$202,500 per year, plus potential bonus and stock compensation.

What you will do

• Design, execute, analyze, and document complex process engineering experiments across multiple products.
• Characterize hardware and systems using measurement techniques, analytical instrumentation, and new methodologies.
• Measure film properties, interpret data, troubleshoot issues, and develop process engineering specifications.
• Develop and implement new technologies and products within safety guidelines.
• Engage with customers, vendors, and suppliers to resolve complex engineering issues.
• Lead functional teams and projects while training and mentoring process engineers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 7–10 years of related experience.
• Conceptual and practical expertise in complex problem solving.
• Experience relevant to PVD process engineering, hardware characterization, film-property measurement, or semiconductor and display manufacturing.
