What you will do

• Lead end-to-end test planning, governance, and execution across multiple workstreams and applications.
• Establish testing processes, standards, metrics, quality controls, and executive reporting.
• Coordinate functional, automated, performance, security, and integration testing.
• Drive shift-left testing practices and quality engineering across Agile and SAFe delivery teams.
• Oversee test data and test environment management strategies.
• Use AI-driven tools to improve testing productivity, efficiency, and coverage.

Requirements

• Strong commercial insurance domain knowledge, including testing programs in Property & Casualty or commercial insurance environments.
• Broad expertise in testing process governance, test automation, test data management, test environment management, performance testing, and security testing.
• Experience working in Agile and SAFe environments and managing large-scale enterprise testing initiatives.
• Strong communication, presentation, executive stakeholder management, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience defining and presenting testing metrics, dashboards, and status reports.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and results-driven approach.

Nice to have

• Experience managing distributed testing teams.
• Certifications in Agile, SAFe, quality assurance, or test management.
