What you will do

• Define enterprise-wide test strategies and end-to-end test architecture for commercial insurance applications.
• Design and implement scalable, reusable test automation frameworks.
• Drive automation across UI, API, mobile, integration, database, and cloud-based applications.
• Standardize testing patterns and quality engineering practices.
• Partner with engineering, architecture, and QA teams to improve test coverage and delivery quality.
• Provide technical leadership on complex testing challenges and support CI/CD integration and continuous testing.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of application architecture, APIs, UI, mobile integrations, databases, and cloud platforms.
• Proven experience designing enterprise-scale automation frameworks and test strategies.
• Expertise in quality engineering and automation architecture.
• Experience with Selenium, Playwright, REST Assured, Postman, JMeter or other performance testing tools, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, SQL, Git, and version control.
• Strong technical problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Experience working with development, architecture, and testing teams in Agile, DevOps, and CI/CD environments.

Nice to have

• Experience in commercial insurance or property and casualty insurance.
• Exposure to Duck Creek and related insurance platforms.
