Salary: $96,000–$148,500 annually

What you will do

• Own core PMO workstreams, including planning, RAID management, reporting, and financial tracking.
• Develop and manage integrated program plans across multiple workstreams and stakeholders.
• Drive RAID processes, including escalation, resolution tracking, and dependency management.
• Produce executive-level reporting and insights to support decision-making.
• Facilitate governance forums and maintain alignment across business, IT, and delivery partners.
• Support large-scale transformation programs staffed at a single client for typically 12 or more months.

Requirements

• 10–15 years of experience in program management, consulting, or large-scale delivery.
• PMP certification or equivalent.
• Experience with multi-workstream or multi-vendor programs.
• Strong understanding of governance, planning, and program controls.
• Ability to engage mid-to-senior stakeholders and drive alignment.
• Experience with PMO tooling ecosystems such as Jira, Planview, or DevOps, plus strong problem-solving and structured-thinking skills.
