Windchill PLM Functional Consultant (Windchill PLM)

Location: Hybrid role based in Mankato, Minnesota, with locations also listed in Atlanta, Chicago, and Southfield, United States.

Salary: $73,150–$174,000 per year

What you will do

• Gather and analyze requirements from engineering, manufacturing, quality, regulatory, product development, and IT stakeholders.
• Conduct workshops and interviews, document use cases and process flows, and translate requirements into Windchill solution designs.
• Configure Windchill modules, including PDMLink, ProjectLink, MPMLink, change management, document management, part management, BOM, workflows, and lifecycle management.
• Analyze and improve product development, engineering change, product data governance, and PLM processes.
• Support UAT, validate configured solutions, and demonstrate Windchill capabilities to business users.
• Deliver end-user training, troubleshoot functional issues, and support integrations, enhancements, and post-go-live adoption.

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of experience with Windchill PLM.
• Strong understanding of PLM, PDM, engineering change management, product structures and BOMs, document control, compliance, and new product development processes.
• Expertise with Windchill PDMLink, ProjectLink, MPMLink, workflow and lifecycle management, classification and attributes, access controls, and team management.
• Knowledge of engineering lifecycle, manufacturing, quality, product development, and regulatory compliance processes.
• Understanding of CAD and Windchill architecture basics.
• Understanding of data flows between PLM and ERP systems.
