Guidewire Developer (Guidewire PolicyCenter)

What you will do

• Configure, customize, and support Guidewire PolicyCenter applications.
• Design, develop, and maintain integrations between Guidewire and external systems.
• Troubleshoot application, integration, and production support issues.
• Develop Oracle SQL queries, scripts, and data analysis activities.
• Support CI/CD processes, Git-based pipelines, deployments, branch management, and credential or token updates.
• Monitor application performance and collaborate with analysts, architects, QA teams, clients, and vendors.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least 3 years of software development experience.
• Hands-on experience configuring and integrating Guidewire PolicyCenter.
• Experience with Git pipelines, deployment processes, branch management, and token updates.
• Strong Oracle SQL experience and experience with Postman and SoapUI for API testing and troubleshooting.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, problem-solving, verbal, and written communication skills.

Nice to have

• AWS experience, including Lambda, SNS queues, and token or key rotation.
• Datadog and observability experience.
• Basic Microsoft Azure knowledge.
• Agile development experience and Property & Casualty insurance domain knowledge.
