Global Mobility & Immigration Partner - Contractor (Remote, East Coast) (Cybersecurity)

Location: Remote within the East Coast of the United States

Salary: $50–$58 per hour

What you will do

• Serve as a subject matter expert on immigration matters for the EMEA and APAC regions, supporting the Americas as needed.
• Support candidate immigration assessments and visa applications.
• Manage cross-border mobility, including permanent international transfers and cross-border travel.
• Handle employee and business mobility requests through completion, securing approvals and escalating issues when required.
• Collaborate with HR, Talent Acquisition, Corporate Tax, Legal, Global Payroll, Global Security, and Immigration stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, International Relations, Law, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in corporate immigration and global mobility.
• Working knowledge of global immigration requirements and cross-border mobility, including permanent transfers and flex work.
• Experience with Workday, ServiceNow, Slack, and G Suite.
• Strong written and verbal communication, organizational, planning, and prioritization skills.
• Experience using AI technologies to improve decision-making, workflows, efficiency, and business outcomes.

Nice to have

• Experience in a corporate environment or on an HR team.
• GMS certification.
