Engineer III, TechOps CICD SDA (MacOS) (Hybrid) (DevOps)

Location: Hybrid in Austin, Texas, United States. Must be a U.S. Citizen or U.S. Permanent Resident.

Salary: $120,000–$180,000 per year, plus eligibility for bonuses and equity grants.

What you will do

• Design, build, and optimize scalable CI/CD pipelines for MacOS applications.
• Develop infrastructure-as-code solutions and MacOS application self-service tools and frameworks.
• Improve developer experience by reducing toil and accelerating software delivery cycles.
• Implement monitoring, alerting, and automated remediation for owned services.
• Partner with engineering teams on pipeline creation, optimization, and DevOps best practices.

Requirements

• U.S. citizenship or U.S. permanent residency required.
• 8–12 years of DevOps experience with a strong focus on software development.
• Experience administering and troubleshooting MacOS hosts and CI/CD dependencies, including Swift, Xcode, and MacOS native package management.
• Strong coding skills in an object-oriented language such as Python, Java, Groovy, or Go.
• Enterprise experience with Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, or similar CI/CD platforms.
• Production experience with Docker, Kubernetes, container orchestration, cloud platforms, advanced Git workflows, and branching strategies.

Nice to have

• Configuration management experience with Ansible, Chef, Puppet, or Salt.
• Monitoring and observability experience with Prometheus, Grafana, or Logscale.
• Experience with GitOps methodologies such as ArgoCD or Flux.
• Experience with Terraform, CloudFormation, or Pulumi.
