Talent Management Program Manager (AI)

Location: Mountain View, California, United States

Salary: $132,300–$198,450 annual base pay, plus annual performance bonus, equity, and benefits.

What you will do

• Own the onboarding experience end to end, including content, communications, systems, and success metrics.
• Run the two annual performance review cycles, including timelines, calibration, training, and communications.
• Build and deliver learning and leadership development programs in partnership with People and business leaders.
• Drive AI adoption across non-technical teams through change management, training, communications, workshops, office hours, and playbooks.
• Own engagement programs and measurement frameworks, including goals, metrics, and feedback loops.

Requirements

• 3+ years of program or project management experience in HR, talent management, learning and development, leadership development, organizational development, or a related field.
• Ability to translate business priorities into clear plans, manage stakeholders and dependencies, and improve programs continuously.
• Hands-on experience using generative AI tools and evaluating use cases for responsible adoption.
• Experience creating content and facilitating learning experiences for adult audiences.
• Comfort using data, feedback, and metrics to evaluate effectiveness and communicate insights.
• Ability to influence across functions without direct authority, with sound judgment, confidentiality, integrity, and adaptability.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting AI adoption, digital transformation, or workplace technology enablement.
• Professional HR or talent certification such as PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP.
