People Systems & Onboarding Specialist (AI)

Location: Atlanta, Georgia, United States; required to work one day per week from the Atlanta HQ. Local candidates only.

Salary: $75,000–$95,000 USD base pay annually

What you will do

• Oversee HR and People systems, including UKG Ready, troubleshoot issues, and implement system improvements.
• Own the transition from candidate to new hire, including pre-start communication and onboarding sessions.
• Configure new-hire records, permissions, user access, documents, I-9 processes, employee agreements, and backend settings.
• Work with IT on account and laptop creation and act as the first point of contact for People Operations tickets.
• Automate manual tasks, create system processes and SOPs, and support platform evaluations and training.
• Maintain secure employee records, People Operations trackers, HR metrics, compliance documentation, and audit support.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in HR or People Operations.
• Experience with HR systems and workflow optimization; UKG Ready experience is a plus.
• Experience with HR compliance, policy, reporting, employee records, and data practices.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, accountability, and a continuous improvement mindset.
• Ability to present and facilitate training and communicate effectively across teams.
• Must be a local candidate able to work one day per week at the Atlanta HQ.
