What you will do

• Handle auto damage claims in the West Cleveland territory.
• Promptly and accurately evaluate and settle claims.
• Apply technical and industry knowledge to complex claims.
• Deliver excellent customer service through effective verbal and written communication.
• Work flexibly across field, remote, and in-office activities as required by the position.

Requirements

• At least 12 months of auto damage experience and a demonstrated record of successful claim handling.
• Valid driver's license meeting company underwriting guidelines.
• Ability to work in the West Cleveland territory; this is not a remote role.
• Ability to maintain applicable state and federal certifications and permits.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Computer skills, mechanical aptitude, multitasking ability, attention to detail, and sound decision-making.
