Senior AI Engineer

What you will do

• Design and implement production-grade AI solutions using LLMs, transformer-based models, RAG pipelines, and agentic systems.
• Develop and optimize multi-step AI agents with tool and API invocation, reasoning chains, and state management.
• Deploy and optimize AI applications across AWS, Azure, or GCP for scalability, reliability, and cost efficiency.
• Establish prompt engineering practices, evaluation frameworks, and monitoring for latency, grounding, factuality, and cost.
• Implement guardrails and Responsible AI controls, including prompt injection mitigation, content moderation, bias reduction, and safety measures.
• Collaborate with Data Science, Engineering, MLOps, and Product stakeholders to move solutions from prototypes into production.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong expertise in transformer-based models and LLM architectures.
• Experience designing and deploying applied machine learning or generative AI systems in production.
• Hands-on experience with LLM frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, OpenAI API, CrewAI, Azure Prompt Flow, AWS Bedrock Agents, or similar tools.
• Advanced Python proficiency and production-grade software engineering practices.
• Experience with containerization, CI/CD pipelines, versioning, cloud-native architectures, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration.
