What you will do

• Build and maintain relationships with artists, labels, management teams, agents, and industry contacts.
• Advise labels on digital release best practices, metadata requirements, approvals, and updates.
• Coordinate release strategies and distribution processes across sales, manufacturing, inventory management, marketing, finance, and legal.
• Manage the full lifecycle of audio and video products from label submission through delivery, claims, monetization, and rights resolution.
• Use marketing and data analytics tools to guide label engagement, sales strategies, catalog development, and optimization.
• Create release campaigns and label business reviews, and attend artist shows as needed.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in music partnership management.
• Proven success managing music labels and strong knowledge of the music industry.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and timelines, with strong business and financial management acumen.
• Proficiency in Spanish and English required.
• Creative approach to developing and executing marketing and promotional campaigns.
