Client Services Specialist (Fintech)

What you will do

• Directly interface with clients to manage questions and feedback about products and services
• Analyze and identify trends in client activity and inquiries
• Develop operational efficiencies to scale business and processes
• Refine business rules, automations, and communication methods across Client Operations
• Act as liaison between clients and internal teams to support business needs and improve client experience

Requirements

• Location: Must be based on the West Coast of the United States (PST timezone)
• Ability and interest to work in a fast-paced fintech startup environment
• High agency self-starter with strong collaboration and problem-solving skills
• Customer-facing experience preferred
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to analyze data trends and make decisions

Nice to have

• Experience with Excel/Google Sheets, SQL, and product management
• Degree in Communication, Business Finance, Business Operations, Business Marketing, or Information Systems
