Technical Integration Specialist (Mortgage Technology)

Location: Remote; United States

Salary: $120,000–$140,000 per year, plus equity

What you will do

• Serve as the primary technical contact for the partnerships team, answer technical questions, and lead demonstrations of completed integrations.
• Review partner technical documentation and compare data handling, including MISMO fields, with hirify.global's systems.
• Summarize integration scope and gaps for the product manager, triage partner questions, and advocate for effective integration designs.
• Guide integrations from testing through launch, coordinate certification, and troubleshoot issues.
• Support the implementations team with customer integration setup, issue resolution, and partner coordination.

Requirements

• Experience on the integration or technical side of a mortgage technology company.
• Understanding of how mortgage technology systems are built and integrated.
• Ability to assess partner technologies, identify integration risks, and determine implementation requirements.
• Strong problem-solving, partner communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to support testing, certification, launch, maintenance, and troubleshooting of integrations.
