Integration Analyst (Fintech)

Location: Remote in the United States

Salary: $55,000–$65,000 per year, depending on experience

hirify.global provides payment technology, APIs, and SDKs that connect POS, mobile POS, and e-commerce solutions with banks, acquirers, and processors.

What you will do

• Support English- and Spanish-speaking customers with technical integration of hirify.global payment products.
• Help customer developers achieve the required functionality and successfully launch their integrations.
• Maintain personal implementations of hirify.global products and SDK functionality, including new features.
• Create and update internal and external product documentation.
• Act as a technical integration contact for hirify.global colleagues and contribute to relevant projects.

Requirements

• Professional fluency in Spanish and English, with clear written and spoken technical communication in both languages.
• Experience coding in Objective-C or willingness to learn it.
• Experience with at least one of C#, C++, or Java.
• Good understanding of Windows and Linux operating systems.
• Basic networking knowledge for troubleshooting network-related customer issues.
• Strong problem-solving, prioritization, customer service, communication, and proactive working skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with CSS, HTML, PHP, development frameworks, or the payments industry.
• Experience with Windows Server, Windows CE, or customer ticketing systems.
