What you will do

• Develop, apply, revise, maintain, and test quality and reliability standards aligned with customer expectations.
• Design and implement product inspection, testing, and quality evaluation methods and procedures.
• Develop and execute quality and reliability test plans, perform failure analysis, and conduct FMECA.
• Document CRAMS and collaborate with suppliers and engineers on CRAMS test plans and PQP activities.
• Gather and evaluate operational and test data, prepare testing documentation, and develop project methodologies and proposals.
• Coach, mentor, and train targeted organizations on quality and reliability processes.

Requirements

• Expanded conceptual knowledge in the relevant discipline and the ability to broaden technical capabilities.
• Understanding of key business drivers and their application to assigned work.
• Ability to solve straightforward technical problems using experience, judgment, and established precedents.
• Ability to explain complex information clearly in straightforward situations.
• Background in display and lamination.
• Must be based in Shanghai, China; relocation is not eligible.
