What you will do

• Develop the vision, strategy, and roadmap for hirify.global’s agency onboarding and acclimation experience.
• Modernize onboarding, licensing, training, orientation, technology setup, and pre-boarding processes.
• Use analytics and feedback mechanisms to measure learning effectiveness and improve agent engagement, performance, and retention.
• Design scalable onboarding solutions adaptable to different agent types, hierarchies, and deployment models.
• Lead strategic transformation toward a modern, agent-experience-centered onboarding model and secure stakeholder alignment.
• Set goals, coach team members, and direct Help Desk activities focused on proactive outreach and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Experience managing and transforming modern new-hire onboarding programs in large, dynamic organizations.
• Strong analytical, communication, collaboration, and stakeholder-influence skills.
• Strong program management skills, agility, and bias for action.
• Ability to maintain accurate and detailed documentation.
• Knowledge of HRIS and commonly used onboarding software.
• Ability to ensure compliance with legal requirements and industry best practices.
